The team at European Splendor cares deeply for our customers, our team, and our many European Suppliers, and we hope everyone and their families remain safe during this challenging time.

We are pleased to announce that our retail store has re-opened with business hours of 11:00 AM - 5:00 Tuesday - Saturday (with periodic extended hours announced through social media)!  For our online customers, our web-store remains OPEN 24/7 to meet your gift-giving and home needs, with contactless curbside pickup still offered for local customers! Rest assured we are adhering to enhanced safety protocols for the safety of our customers.   We ship nationwide via UPS and offer free shipping on orders over $99.  For the convenience of our Louisville area customers who aren't able visit our retail store, we are still able to meet your gift giving needs through our website and will ship any size online order.  To receive contactless curbside store pickup, at Checkout, enter all information, and once at the Shipping section, simply select "Store Pickup." After completing your order online, we'll contact you to arrange a pickup time.

If there are questions in completing your order, call our store at 502-618-1633. If there's no answer call 502-298-8120. Likewise, if you can't find an item online that you've seen in our store, or if you'd like to place a phone order, just give us a call. If you miss us, leave a message and we'll return your call.

For our retail store customers, to protect our shoppers and our team, we ask that all patrons abide by six (6) foot distancing, and appropriate CDC guidelines.  Please also know that we have implemented strict cleaning procedures, and we ask that you please use hand sanitizer upon entry that is placed at both entrances, at our checkout and elsewhere in our store.
