Shipping

Home Accessories & Gifts:  At European Splendor®, we take pride in our packaging and take extra care in preparing and packing your items for shipment.  If special instructions are needed, just let us know, and we'll do what we can to oblige. And, we offer FREE gift wrapping when possible for the items ordered. We will fill your order within one to two business days of receipt and will ship your purchased items via UPS air or the USPS.  Our standard shipping applies ONLY to shipments within the continental United States.

  • Hawaii, and Alaska: Due to the high shipping costs, extra shipping costs will have to be added after the online order is placed. We will contact you with additional shipping costs.  If the additional shipping costs to Hawaii or Alaska are too high, we can simply cancel the order and will gladly issue a full refund.
  • CANADA, if you have a US "Ship To" address, you will receive US shipping rates.  Otherwise, if shipping to Canada, we must charge customers for higher international shipping rates. We charge the same flat rate for the first $500 in order value. We ship to major Canadian cities and surrounding areas. If our quoted shipping does not adequately cover costs (especially for pottery), we will contact the customer if additional fees are required. If required shipping fees are too high for the customer, we can simply cancel any order placed and issue a full refund. All duties and taxes that apply will be collected from the customer by the shipper (USPS or UPS)
  • Shipping In The US With Billing Addresses Outside of The US: For orders shipping within the US that have a Billing Address outside of the US, please see our "Payment Methods" page.
  • All Other international Orders: We can ship to you but you will be required to pay all shipping expenses.  Either call us to place a phone order, or email us a list of what you would like and we will contact you with the shipping costs (minimum order quantity of $100 please). If you decide to move forward with the order, we will email you an invoice and you can pay securely online. Please note that if your country requires duties / taxes to be paid, your post office will charge you upon delivery.

Furniture: Free shipping does not apply to furniture. For in-store purchase, we can recommend local delivery services.  Pick up in-store is always an option as well.  For on-line purchases, place your furniture order on-line through our site, and we'll contact you to work out the final shipping and delivery details.  If shipping costs are too high for you based on your location, we'll simply cancel your order & issue you a full refund. Returns

European Splendor® is proud to be your source of European hand-crafted and inspired products.  We are passionate about “Bringing Europe To You” and providing unmatched customer service and want you to be satisfied with every purchase.  All items are inspected prior to shipping to meet our high standards.  Because of the unique, handmade nature of our Bohemia Crystal, Polish Pottery and other hand-crafted items, consistency in pattern and form may vary - our guarantee covers the functionality of the products of these high quality products.  For items that we ship to you, if they are damaged in shipping, please keep all the original packing materials and contact us within 10 business days from receipt of your order.  Our insurance provider will require a brief written description of the damage and corresponding digital pictures.  Please email this to [email protected].  You may choose to have European Splendor® either refund your money, issue a store credit or replace the item (if in stock).  All other exchanges and returns (including in-store purchases) must be made within 15 days of purchase (seasonal, holiday, Christmas and clearance item sales are final and are excluded from this return policy). To return an item, contact us via email anytime at [email protected], or call us at 502-618-1633 between 11:00 - 5:00 PM Tuesday - Saturday (Eastern time).  Shipping and handling and return postage charges will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error.  Note, all other returns may be subject to a minor restocking fee to offset any freight or delivery fees paid by European Splendor. All refunds will be issued to the card used in your transaction. There is an additional shipping charge for exchange shipping.
